- Monday to Friday morning during school holidays and Every Saturday and Sunday during School terms
- 9.30am till 12pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am till 11am Saturday and Sunday
- All equipment supplied and healthy snack included on 9.30am to 12pm lessons
- 6:1 student/coach ratio
